Dr. Kyle Zumfelde
I’m Dr. Kyle Zumfelde, a proud graduate of The Ohio State University, where I earned both my undergraduate and dental degrees. I moved to Columbus for school and quickly fell in love with the city’s vibrant community, friendly people, and endless opportunities for fun and adventure, which is why I’ve made it my permanent home.
After dental school, I joined the Dental Hub of Bexley, where I’ve had the privilege of caring for a wide range of patients. In 2024, I took an exciting step forward by becoming an owner of the practice. I’m passionate about building genuine, lasting relationships with my patients and creating a space where everyone feels comfortable, heard, and well cared for.
Dentistry first caught my attention because it uniquely blends two of my biggest interests: creativity and healthcare. Growing up, I was fascinated by architecture, I loved the idea of designing and building things with precision and purpose. As I got older, I became more drawn to the medical field and the meaningful connections that come with patient care. Dentistry became the perfect fit; it allows me to work with my hands, think critically, and use both technical skill and artistry to help people feel confident and healthy.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me outside, whether I’m walking my golden retriever, Kalie, or working in my garden. Gardening has become one of my biggest passions over the years. I love creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces and get a lot of joy from tending to my plants. It’s a relaxing, hands-on way to unwind, and there’s always something new to learn or grow.
I also enjoy working on my home in Victorian Village. I recently became a first-time homeowner; and it’s been a fun, ever-evolving project that reflects my love for design and detail. Staying active is another big part of my life; I go to StudioTorch daily and love the structure, motivation, and community it brings to my routine.
Music is also a big part of my life. I really enjoy exploring different genres and artists, and I make it a point to attend concerts and music festivals. It’s a great way to unwind, connect with others, and stay inspired; there’s something special about the energy and creativity that live music brings.
I feel incredibly lucky to do what I love in a city I care about deeply, and I look forward to meeting you and becoming part of your health journey.
