I had a fantastic experience at The Dental Hub today! The entire team is incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Susan provided a very thorough, gentle cleaning, and Dr. Lebowitz took the time to explain everything in detail, making me feel comfortable and well-informed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comprehensive care!

Dental hub of Bexley is awesome. The whole staff is very nice, the imaging technology is up to date and they make sure to show you every step of what they’re doing. They even showed me 2 different bills for an upcoming service so that I’m prepared and know what to expect either way. Thankfully, I had the lower of the two options, but it was important to have that transparency. Dr. Z is warm, kind, and clearly passionate about his work for the right reasons. I can’t remember all of the hygienists and assistants’ names, but they are all very friendly, kind, and careful, great at their jobs as well. It is rare to find a dental practice that you feel comfortable with and that you can really trust isn’t just trying to sell unnecessary services to you. My teeth look the best they have in years! I also came back in and was told I had an unexpected new charge from the last visit due to an insurance issue. The office manager Julie (?) actually reached out to my insurance on my behalf so that they could figure out why I got this new charge. She used that information to inform any costs for potential future visits as well. No one else would ever go to this extra effort for patients! Thank you dental hub of bexley!

Id like to preface my review by saying that I did not have dental insurance while growing up, so I was very nervous and somewhat embarrassed to see any dentists, but this dental office was amazing and did not once make me feel ashamed or embarrassed. I scheduled a cleaning at the Lancaster location after getting a recommendation. Katie did my cleaning and was very informative and kind. She talked me through the process and was awesome! I decided to schedule my son’s first dentist appointment here and I’m sure he is going to love her! Dr. Lebowitz was amazing, very informative, and gentle. He informed me of every step and explained everything as well as answering any questions I had. Carrie did my fillings and was absolutely wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better and will always request her if needed!

I am always comfortable when I visit The Dental Hub of Bexley and today was no exception. Today, I had my sleep device fitted and it was perfect! This device is so important to my sleep quality and Dr Z and his staff worked to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the fit. I appreciate their efforts for perfection! I’m a new patient to the Dental Hub. Everyone was very nice on my visit, Carrie was super nice and helpful. The doctor listened snd I felt like he understood where I am in 11 my dental journey. He offered options for dental care and advice on next steps. He also answered all my questions without rushing

They were professional friendly and able to get me in right away!! I had a dental emergency with my front tooth, I was concerned about going somewhere I had never gone before but Dr. Z and all the staff were the best!!! My previous dentist had retired and am so glad I found them and plan to go back in the future for my dental needs.

What I liked about the Dental Hub in Lancaster was the care and consideration that Dr. Lebowitz spends with you. It almost feels as if he’s a member of your family, explaining the different options you have. And WOW was I impressed with my Dental Tech “Carington”who took my ex-rays and cleaned my teeth. Great hire Doc.

We have been seeing Dr. Lebowitz here for the past couple years now and I am happy to report a consistently amazing experience all around. Dr. Lebowitz is an honest, thorough, and genuinely caring and compassionate Dentist. He has always been so patient with my young children, takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions, and even has personally called me back to talk through concerns I have called in about. I also want to give a shout-out to Carrie who provided absolutely top-notch care during my fillings alongside of Dr. Lebowitz. All of the hygienists we have seen have been incredible. Bonus: the office has a beautiful aesthetic and is always sparkling clean. 🙂

I had my teeth cleaned at The Dental Hub of Bexley. My hygienist Alisha did an amazing job today. She explained everything clearly, worked gently, and made the whole visit surprisingly relaxin. She was incredibly thorough, gentle, and informative throughout the cleaning. I really appreciate her attention to detail and her commitment to patient comfort.

This office was amazing. Reception was helpful and polite. Bailey was very sweet and helped me with taking my X rays and Routine cleaning. Great experience at Dental Hub Lancaster with Dr. Lebowitz. He’s straightforward, knows what he’s doing, and makes you feel at ease. The staff’s great and the office itself is super clean and modern. You can tell they take pride in the place and their work. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a dentist who’s thorough and down-to-earth.

Katie is AMAZING!! She was so patient for multiple visits with our little one. She never pushed our kid or made us feel bad when little one wouldn’t let Katie clean her teeth. Our last visit our little one finally did it! She let Katie clean her teeth and Katie made her feel like a rockstar. Our kid celebrated the success for days. We highly recommend this dental group and HIGHLY recommend Katie for your kids. FANTASTIC OFFICE!

Wow! Where to start! My wife is a Stage 4 cancer survivor. She recently had to have hip replacement surgery. The surgery date was set but she needed an exam from the dentist before surgery could take place. With the date only 2 weeks away the Dental Hub came to the rescue! She did have to have deep cleaning and tooth extractions – Dr. Phil and Carrington moved heaven and earth to get her taken care of! They are wonderful and loving and kind and skilled in their profession. There has been many stories of Gods benevolence and grace in my wife’s cancer journey – The Dental Hub and these two angels warrant a chapter of their own!

The best, and I truly mean it. I had my mother, my mother’s best friend and next my son all switch and they said to me thank you for helping me find a dental establishment that is overall top notch and they even listen and makes sure that you understand you mouth health. The folks at the front desk tipped their hats with smiles wider than the open range, and I didn’t wait long ’fore the assistant invited me back. The EFDA—steady-handed like a sharpshooter—checked my teeth careful as a rancher lookin’ over prized cattle. Not a single ounce of roughness, just smooth work and kind words that made me feel right at home. The place was cleaner than a freshly scrubbed saddle, smelled a whole lot better too, and the shiny tools didn’t spook me none. They talked plain, explained every step like a trusted trail guide, and patched me up without fuss. By the time I left, I was smilin’ brighter than a sunrise over the Rockies. If you’re lookin’ for a dental office where you’ll be treated like family and leave grinnin’ like you just struck gold, this here’s the place.

The Dental Hub and those who perform the various duties there are all amazing. My dental plan is very extensive and every step was laid out in great detail. Jeannie is extremely caring and always the caring professional. My extraction and implant was such a smooth and painless process. Can’t say enough kind words about the entire staff!

I’m Very pleased with the office staff and everybody is very friendly and kind. The office is clean. I was happy about that. I went in for fitting for my partials the bottom set perfect the top set not so great. Just don’t think I can get that right I struggle with it and they’re a little tight. I’ll go in tomorrow to get readjusted. Yeah I will be so glad When I eat popcorn and other foods without missing teeth thank you to the Bexley, Ohio office I can smile again
