I had a horrific expirence with a cavity gone wrong and went a month of calling places and being in extreme pain. The dental hub got me in the same week and helped me feel cared for and not ashamed of my situation. They understand paying out of pocket is hard and were willing to help in any way they could. Highly recommend them.

Makayla and Karly at the office are awesome and kind, Susan did a wonderful job on my cleaning, and Carrie and Dr. Danny did amazing on my fillings. I will never go to another dentist! Dr. Lebowitz, Emily and Lydia were awesome! I travel for work and seeing doctors/dentists is usually the biggest pain. These folks took me in the same day I called! Staff is extremely friendly, professional and efficient. Got me in and out in a timely manner with a new smile!! Couldn’t be happier 😁

I was taken back for my dental cleaning at my scheduled time. My hygienist was very nice and also gentle but thorough with my cleaning. My dentist, Dr. Zumfelde, is always a pleasure to talk with and he listens and is interested in what your dental concerns are. Highly recommend this dental practice.

Secondly, everyone’s help with my decades of sensitivity fears helped me get to the completion of my prescribed treatment. Thirdly, the office’s administrative procedures are superior. Notices regarding insurance status, calendaring, and reminders are helpful. Finally, it is reassuring to see the camaraderie and feel the energy of you and the staff.

I am 60 years old. I’ve had my teeth cleaned every 6 months for many years. Due to a insurance change I needed a new dentist. Dr Dan was on my list so I booked. My teeth were in such bad shape they wouldn’t even clean them! Sent me to a specialist. Long story short after thousands of dollars and surgeries I’m back on track with my dental health. So many of my health issues were connected to the bacteria in my mouth!!!. Can’t praise this dentist enough,he probably saved my life!!!! And Carrie is the best,she needs a raise!!!!! Fast forward 3 years… Still in process of getting my mouth in order. Lots of issues but Dr Dan is compassionate and caring. He takes the time I need to help me understand my options. Everyone in the office is amazingly friendly. It’s been 5 years. My gums are healthy and I’m in great oral health. I now have 2 implants and couldn’t be happier. Dental Hub has a beautiful new office but the amazing staff is still there. Thank you Carrington for teaching me so much about my oral health and helping me to keep my teeth and gums clean. I would definitely recommend this office for anyone looking for a caring no judgement and gentle dentist.

Dental Hub of Athens was a saving grace. I had to switch dentists, and they gladly took me in as quickly as possible. The front desk secretary, Emily, was especially helpful in getting me scheduled right away and made it work with my busy schedule. I have seen them twice since then for a filling and a cleaning, and they have been very accommodating and welcoming. I highly recommend this team for all your dental needs!

Absolutely the best experience i’ve ever had at a dental clinic! Everyone was so polite and helpful. When getting a cleaning, very friendly and very informative unlike other dental clinics i’ve been to. My dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and efficient and Dr. Z was very helpful in explaining the next steps in my dental care. Dental hub of Bexley is awesome. The whole staff is very nice, the imaging technology is up to date and they make sure to show you every step of what they’re doing. They even showed me 2 different bills for an upcoming service so that I’m prepared and know what to expect either way. Thankfully, I had the lower of the two options, but it was important to have that transparency. Dr. Z is warm, kind, and clearly passionate about his work for the right reasons. I can’t remember all of the hygienists and assistants’ names, but they are all very friendly, kind, and careful, great at their jobs as well. It is rare to find a dental practice that you feel comfortable with and that you can really trust isn’t just trying to sell unnecessary services to you. My teeth look the best they have in years! I also came back in and was told I had an unexpected new charge from the last visit due to an insurance issue. The office manager Julie (?) actually reached out to my insurance on my behalf so that they could figure out why I got this new charge. She used that information to inform any costs for potential future visits as well. No one else would ever go to this extra effort for patients! Thank you dental hub of bexley!

Id like to preface my review by saying that I did not have dental insurance while growing up, so I was very nervous and somewhat embarrassed to see any dentists, but this dental office was amazing and did not once make me feel ashamed or embarrassed. I scheduled a cleaning at the Lancaster location after getting a recommendation. Katie did my cleaning and was very informative and kind. She talked me through the process and was awesome! I decided to schedule my son’s first dentist appointment here and I’m sure he is going to love her! Dr. Lebowitz was amazing, very informative, and gentle. He informed me of every step and explained everything as well as answering any questions I had. Carrie did my fillings and was absolutely wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better and will always request her if needed!

I am always comfortable when I visit The Dental Hub of Bexley and today was no exception. Today, I had my sleep device fitted and it was perfect! This device is so important to my sleep quality and Dr Z and his staff worked to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the fit. I appreciate their efforts for perfection!
