Id like to preface my review by saying that I did not have dental insurance while growing up, so I was very nervous and somewhat embarrassed to see any dentists, but this dental office was amazing and did not once make me feel ashamed or embarrassed. I scheduled a cleaning at the Lancaster location after getting a recommendation. Katie did my cleaning and was very informative and kind. She talked me through the process and was awesome! I decided to schedule my son’s first dentist appointment here and I’m sure he is going to love her! Dr. Lebowitz was amazing, very informative, and gentle. He informed me of every step and explained everything as well as answering any questions I had. Carrie did my fillings and was absolutely wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better and will always request her if needed!

I’m a new patient to the Dental Hub. Everyone was very nice on my visit, Carrie was super nice and helpful. The doctor listened snd I felt like he understood where I am in 11 my dental journey. He offered options for dental care and advice on next steps. He also answered all my questions without rushing

Wow ! These folks are real deal ! From Dr.Lebowitz down to the dental hygienists. They make you so comfortable and their work is virtually a painless process. What I liked about the Dental Hub in Lancaster was the care and consideration that Dr. Lebowitz spends with you. It almost feels as if he’s a member of your family, explaining the different options you have. And WOW was I impressed with my Dental Tech “Carington”who took my ex-rays and cleaned my teeth. Great hire Doc.

We have been seeing Dr. Lebowitz here for the past couple years now and I am happy to report a consistently amazing experience all around. Dr. Lebowitz is an honest, thorough, and genuinely caring and compassionate Dentist. He has always been so patient with my young children, takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions, and even has personally called me back to talk through concerns I have called in about. I also want to give a shout-out to Carrie who provided absolutely top-notch care during my fillings alongside of Dr. Lebowitz. All of the hygienists we have seen have been incredible. Bonus: the office has a beautiful aesthetic and is always sparkling clean. 🙂

This office was amazing. Reception was helpful and polite. Bailey was very sweet and helped me with taking my X rays and Routine cleaning. Dr. Lebowitz was thoughtful and made me feel welcome to his practice. Would recommend this dentist office for anyone needing a dentist or wanting to find a new one. They were spectacular!! Great experience at Dental Hub Lancaster with Dr. Lebowitz. He’s straightforward, knows what he’s doing, and makes you feel at ease. The staff’s great and the office itself is super clean and modern. You can tell they take pride in the place and their work. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a dentist who’s thorough and down-to-earth.

Katie is AMAZING!! She was so patient for multiple visits with our little one. She never pushed our kid or made us feel bad when little one wouldn’t let Katie clean her teeth. Our last visit our little one finally did it! She let Katie clean her teeth and Katie made her feel like a rockstar. Our kid celebrated the success for days. We highly recommend this dental group and HIGHLY recommend Katie for your kids. FANTASTIC OFFICE!

Wow! Where to start! My wife is a Stage 4 cancer survivor. She recently had to have hip replacement surgery. The surgery date was set but she needed an exam from the dentist before surgery could take place. With the date only 2 weeks away the Dental Hub came to the rescue! She did have to have deep cleaning and tooth extractions – Dr. Phil and Carrington moved heaven and earth to get her taken care of! They are wonderful and loving and kind and skilled in their profession. There has been many stories of Gods benevolence and grace in my wife’s cancer journey – The Dental Hub and these two angels warrant a chapter of their own!

The Dental Hub and those who perform the various duties there are all amazing. My dental plan is very extensive and every step was laid out in great detail. Jeannie is extremely caring and always the caring professional. My extraction and implant was such a smooth and painless process. Can’t say enough kind words about the entire staff!

I can’t express enough how incredible my experience was at the dental hub with Dr. Lebowitz and Lydia. Having just moved to Lancaster, I had a significant fear of dentists due to past experiences. They were both incredibly patient and compassionate. I’m truly grateful for their help in getting me back on track with my dental care and for making it such a positive experience. I just moved back home after being on the west coast for some time. I chose the highest rated dental office in town and there is a reason they are five stars. The office is immaculate. I have very high anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. Today changed my mind completely. I needed to get an appointment today. I called and Jaime at the front desk was so pleasant and got me in. I saw Dr Phil and he was the most pleasant and understanding dentist I have ever been to. He made you feel relaxed and explained everything that was going on. His Assistant Jeanie was awesome, she understood my anxiety and was so pleasant and reassuring. My nerves calmed down. I highly recommend this Dentist office you won’t be disappointed. The first time I could walk out and say I like my dentist and the staff. Thank you for making my appointment pleasant.

Best experience at a dentist ever!!!! Amazing job! My previous root canal at a near by dentist left me traumatized. Therefore I was dreading my root canal today. Almost had a complete panic attack. The girls (Carrington and Lydia) assured me I was in great hands with Dr. Lebowitz. They weren’t kidding. The only thing I felt was the numbing shot. Less than 5 seconds of discomfort. I felt NOTHING else and was super quick. My anxiety is now at ease that I have found an excellent dentist! 10/10 highly recommend!

Before and after of my Invisalign treatment ! I have tried for a really long time to figure out how to straighten my teeth. I have had veneer consultations and seen multiple orthodontists. I never was happy with their answers because the orthodontists would always say I needed to do a very intense treatment in order to have a straight smile. It would involve teeth pulling and potentially double jaw surgery. And then a very long time wearing metal braces ! They said I was not a candidate for Invisalign. I was discouraged and just figured I was going to ever have straight teeth. During a routine cleaning at Dental Hub, Dr Lebowitz told me that actually I was a good candidate for Invisalign and not only that- it would be over in ten weeks. We did the scans on my teeth and I was able to see what my teeth would look like after the treatment before we even started. Dr Lebowitz totally understood what I was insecure about! I felt like the plan was perfect because it would enhance my smile but I still look like myself. He was kind every step which is great because obviously it can be a touchy subject when you’re not comfortable with your smile. Umm needless to say it was super worth it. I feel so confident ! FYI: in the after photo I still have the buttons on that the Invisalign hooks onto . Hence the little bit of discoloration/texture you see. I am so happy . Every time I go into Dental Hub I feel very cared for . My fiance and I really love it there. I’ve never had such kind dental hygienists and staff. Genuinely I look forward to going there each time and I’m happy to have such a nice place in Lancaster.

Having shared with staff my concerns about my visit due to severe PTSD, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and safety. I was treated with much respect. Staff was very gentle and thorough. I highly recommend The Dental Hub, especially for those with great apprehension for going to a dentist. There’s no reason to go anywhere else. This is the best in town. Try them, u won’t regret it.

I’m terrified to go to the dentist, due to past experiences. My appointment with Dr. Lebowitz and his staff was the best I’ve ever had. They were understanding to my fear and explained everything they were doing. And was very understanding with my nervousness. Calmed my nerves and fixed my tooth so I wasn’t in anymore pain. And helped with getting a dental plan together for my other teeth. Extremely happy with my appointment and experience. I’ll still be a little nervous for my next appointment but know they will take great care of me at it. Thank you so much.

I had a chipped tooth and unfortunately had to get a root canal. Dr. Lebowitz was kind, patient and attentive during the entire procedure. He made sure to check on me several times during and was super reassuring and explained things step by step. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience considering the circumstances!
