I had a great first experience at The Dental Hub of Bexley! Only a few minutes from home, the staff were welcoming upon my arrival and helpful in getting me checked in promptly! My dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and efficient and Dr. Z was very helpful in explaining the next steps in my dental care. The office was very clean and calming and I am grateful to how found a great new dentist!

Dental hub of Bexley is awesome. The whole staff is very nice, the imaging technology is up to date and they make sure to show you every step of what they’re doing. They even showed me 2 different bills for an upcoming service so that I’m prepared and know what to expect either way. Thankfully, I had the lower of the two options, but it was important to have that transparency. Dr. Z is warm, kind, and clearly passionate about his work for the right reasons. I can’t remember all of the hygienists and assistants’ names, but they are all very friendly, kind, and careful, great at their jobs as well. It is rare to find a dental practice that you feel comfortable with and that you can really trust isn’t just trying to sell unnecessary services to you. My teeth look the best they have in years! I also came back in and was told I had an unexpected new charge from the last visit due to an insurance issue. The office manager Julie (?) actually reached out to my insurance on my behalf so that they could figure out why I got this new charge. She used that information to inform any costs for potential future visits as well. No one else would ever go to this extra effort for patients! Thank you dental hub of bexley!

I am always comfortable when I visit The Dental Hub of Bexley and today was no exception. Today, I had my sleep device fitted and it was perfect! This device is so important to my sleep quality and Dr Z and his staff worked to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the fit. I appreciate their efforts for perfection! They were professional friendly and able to get me in right away!! I had a dental emergency with my front tooth, I was concerned about going somewhere I had never gone before but Dr. Z and all the staff were the best!!! The folks at the front desk tipped their hats with smiles wider than the open range, and I didn’t wait long ’fore the assistant invited me back. The EFDA—steady-handed like a sharpshooter—checked my teeth careful as a rancher lookin’ over prized cattle. Not a single ounce of roughness, just smooth work and kind words that made me feel right at home. The place was cleaner than a freshly scrubbed saddle, smelled a whole lot better too, and the shiny tools didn’t spook me none. They talked plain, explained every step like a trusted trail guide, and patched me up without fuss. By the time I left, I was smilin’ brighter than a sunrise over the Rockies. If you’re lookin’ for a dental office where you’ll be treated like family and leave grinnin’ like you just struck gold, this here’s the place.

I’m Very pleased with the office staff and everybody is very friendly and kind. The office is clean. I was happy about that. I went in for fitting for my partials the bottom set perfect the top set not so great. Just don’t think I can get that right I struggle with it and they’re a little tight. I’ll go in tomorrow to get readjusted. Yeah I will be so glad When I eat popcorn and other foods without missing teeth thank you to the Bexley, Ohio office I can smile again

I have been a patient here for over a year now and this is one of the most customer service-oriented offices in Bexley. There is an energetic and upbeat “vibe” throughout your entire appointment. On my most recent visit I met Ty, who took time to discuss a tv show we both love, and my hygienist has always been Alisa, who’s probably the genuinely sweetest person I have ever met 🙂 and she has GREAT tastes in books, too. I recommended one to her, and she went and read it! How cool is that? And then of course there’s Dr Zumfelde, who I’m pretty sure has a smile on his face from the moment he starts his shift until the minute he heads home for the evening 🙂 Given his own approach with his patients and those of everyone else’s in the office, it’s clear that he understands that customer service and hiring legitimately nice people are a top priority. And of course, on top of it all, they keep my smile beautiful!!! I highly recommend their office!

My teeth had moved and shifted with age and had become soft, so soft that they were were chipping. I was embarrassed to smile and show my teeth; needless to say, I felt very self-conscious. Dr. DiNapoli and his great Dental Assistant Jessica, along with front desk staff Julia who helped with appointments and all things dental insurance, helped get my teeth repaired to the look I had 20 years ago. Now I can smile and not be embarrassed. Thank you Dr. DiNapoli, Jessica, and Julia and all the staff at Premier Dental of Bexley.

Everyone was extremely professional, pleasant, and the exam rooms were very clean. I especially liked that what was being pulled up on the computer for the doctor to view was visible to the patient on an overhead screen, so you could see what they were talking about in regards to the x-rays of teeth.

The dental hub of Bexley is by far the best dental place around, and the beginning of your visit you immediately get helped by a young lady at the front desk, her name is Judah she was very polite while she was helping me check into my appointment and was very fast, i was also cleaned up by Ty she was very gentle and patient and talks leaving you to feel right at home! my hygienist was Alisha who was also very gentle and apologized any time i was in pain and explained the whole process as she was going through making me feel right at home. after then i was met with Dr Z who is beyond fantastic, he fully explained the process of something happening at a future appointment because i was confused and he was very funny and polite, when i was leaving shelby and julia (also at the front desk) met me with a smile, and even helped me make a schedule around personal events! anyone looking for a dental place should 100% go here for the best service and car all around.
