Made sure I was comfortable when he did my x-rays. He was very competent and likable. What can I say about Dr Kyle, he has a beautiful Colgate Smile, he’s perfessionàl, and personable. He comes in after the cleaning ,check everything out, ask if I had any questions, offer suggestions. He genuinely cares about people and want them to leave his chair with the biggest and best smile possible ,knowing that no other Dentist could do a better job.Dr Kyle aim to please. Got a billing question, or need an explanation, before or after a dental procedure, Julia office manager/accountant is the “go to” person. She does and knows her job very well and has a Personality Plus. Thanks Julia for being so patient with me,especially when you had to explain more than once, and always with a BIG Smile!! I am typically an anxious dental patient, but the staff did a great job of ensuring I was comfortable + navigating me through each step in the process. My hygenist, Corey, was very gentle while achieving great results. I enjoyed his personality + how kind he was throughout the entire experience. Dr Z was super helpful when discussing current issues, future treatments and options without feeling pushy. I appreciated his transparency and care. I loved the new techology utilized as well – making the experience more enjoyable + easy for me to understand. I felt the entire team truly cared about me as a patient – I can’t believe that I am actually looking forward to go back to the dentist!

This review is overdue, but carries the same weight and value as if it was written on the same day as my procedures.
Let me preface this review of The Dental Hub of Bexley with the fact that before my first visit, I would not idenify as an ideal patient. I don’t bite, cry, yell, or cause anyone else any physical pain, although, I can’t testify as to whether or not I cause any nightmares, but I think we’re safe there as well.
The staff that I had the most direct contact with included Josh at the Front Desk, Ty & Sam who drew the short straws by working in the depths of my mouth, and the amazing Dr. Z. Everyone at The Dental Hub of Bexley work together like a fine, well-oiled machine, but with great personalities and chairside manners. If you are looking for a dentist with an office professionals, look no further than The Dental Hub of Bexley!!

Five stars! Can’t say enough good things about this group of individuals. The team truly works together so well and you can tell that they all love what they do. Josh is so fun and makes phone calls and scheduling appointments so easy! Corey was my hygienist and Julie was my assistant. They were extremely personable during my visit. I felt comfortable in their chairs even though it was my first time to the dentist in a while. I visited Shelby at the checkout desk and she made me want to come back again soon! And finally, Kyle! If you are looking for a dentist in the Columbus area, this is the place to go! Kyle is so professional and has such a sweet smile that just makes you want to come back and visit him again and again! I am so grateful for my experience with this dental team. The cleanliness of the space and the technology of the tools made it for an even better experience. Getting night guards finally after years of wearing retainers. Nothing but great things to say about this place!

Dental hub of Bexley is awesome. The whole staff is very nice, the imaging technology is up to date and they make sure to show you every step of what they’re doing. They even showed me 2 different bills for an upcoming service so that I’m prepared and know what to expect either way. Thankfully, I had the lower of the two options, but it was important to have that transparency. Dr. Z is warm, kind, and clearly passionate about his work for the right reasons. I can’t remember all of the hygienists and assistants’ names, but they are all very friendly, kind, and careful, great at their jobs as well. It is rare to find a dental practice that you feel comfortable with and that you can really trust isn’t just trying to sell unnecessary services to you. My teeth look the best they have in years!
I also came back in and was told I had an unexpected new charge from the last visit due to an insurance issue. The office manager Julie (?) actually reached out to my insurance on my behalf so that they could figure out why I got this new charge. She used that information to inform any costs for potential future visits as well. No one else would ever go to this extra effort for patients! Thank you dental hub of bexley!

Well now, partner, let me tell ya ’bout my visit down yonder to that fine dental office. I rode in thinkin’ I’d be facin’ a rootin’-tootin’ showdown with pain, but what I found was friendlier than a campfire on a cold prairie night.
The folks at the front desk tipped their hats with smiles wider than the open range, and I didn’t wait long ’fore the assistant invited me back. The EFDA—steady-handed like a sharpshooter—checked my teeth careful as a rancher lookin’ over prized cattle. Not a single ounce of roughness, just smooth work and kind words that made me feel right at home.
The place was cleaner than a freshly scrubbed saddle, smelled a whole lot better too, and the shiny tools didn’t spook me none. They talked plain, explained every step like a trusted trail guide, and patched me up without fuss.
By the time I left, I was smilin’ brighter than a sunrise over the Rockies. If you’re lookin’ for a dental office where you’ll be treated like family and leave grinnin’ like you just struck gold, this here’s the place.

I have been a patient here for over a year now and this is one of the most customer service-oriented offices in Bexley. There is an energetic and upbeat “vibe” throughout your entire appointment. On my most recent visit I met Ty, who took time to discuss a tv show we both love, and my hygienist has always been Alisa, who’s probably the genuinely sweetest person I have ever met 🙂 and she has GREAT tastes in books, too. I recommended one to her, and she went and read it! How cool is that? And then of course there’s Dr Zumfelde, who I’m pretty sure has a smile on his face from the moment he starts his shift until the minute he heads home for the evening 🙂 Given his own approach with his patients and those of everyone else’s in the office, it’s clear that he understands that customer service and hiring legitimately nice people are a top priority. And of course, on top of it all, they keep my smile beautiful!!! I highly recommend their office!

Let me preface this review of The Dental Hub of Bexley with the fact that before my first visit, I would not idenify as an ideal patient. I don’t bite, cry, yell, or cause anyone else any physical pain, although, I can’t testify as to whether or not I cause any nightmares, but I think we’re safe there as well.
The staff that I had the most direct contact with included Josh at the Front Desk, Ty & Sam who drew the short straws by working in the depths of my mouth, and the amazing Dr. Z. Everyone at The Dental Hub of Bexley work together like a fine, well-oiled machine, but with great personalities and chairside manners. If you are looking for a dentist with an office professionals, look no further than The Dental Hub of Bexley!!

This group of individuals love their jobs and it’s reflected in their actions and words, that something that has to be projected from the top. Glad I listened to my sister in law, she recommended this office.

Time flies so I’ve had a chance to see them a few more times in the interim and I am still glad to have selected Dr. Lebowitz and his team of professionals. Great attitude starting at front and throughout the clinic. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for top notch dental care.

Most people dread going to the dentist, very unfortunate for them. The Dental Hub has an amazing team that is second to none. The office staff is always polite and helpful. The hygienist team is great to work with. Dr. Lebowitz is outstanding, considerate, understanding and truly cares for the well-being of all his patients.

Josh is so fun and makes phone calls and scheduling appointments so easy! Corey was my hygienist and Julie was my assistant. They were extremely personable during my visit. I felt comfortable in their chairs even though it was my first time to the dentist in a while. I visited Shelby at the checkout desk and she made me want to come back again soon! And finally, Kyle! If you are looking for a dentist in the Columbus area, this is the place to go! Kyle is so professional and has such a sweet smile that just makes you want to come back and visit him again and again! I am so grateful for my experience with this dental team. The cleanliness of the space and the technology of the tools made it for an even better experience. Getting night guards finally after years of wearing retainers. Nothing but great things to say about this place!

The entire staff, beginning at the front desk with Carley who checks you in. Then it’s to the exam room where Susan took X-rays and was so gentle while cleaning my teeth, what an awesome experience with a friendly smile. Then Dr. Lebowitz comes in with a smile and some friendly conversation and the final check. I even had a pleasant hello from Carrie before I was given my six month appointment card.
Great Experience, I will see in six months.

I switched to The Dental Hub because the dentist I had does not accept any insurance plan. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff. Dr. Phil was super friendly and complimentary and Carington was a great hygienist. I didn’t feel rushed and the office is really clean and welcoming.

I am 60 years old. I’ve had my teeth cleaned every 6 months for many years. Due to a insurance change I needed a new dentist. Dr Dan was on my list so I booked. My teeth were in such bad shape they wouldn’t even clean them! Sent me to a specialist. Long story short after thousands of dollars and surgeries I’m back on track with my dental health. So many of my health issues were connected to the bacteria in my mouth!!!. Can’t praise this dentist enough,he probably saved my life!!!! And Carrie is the best,she needs a raise!!!!!
Fast forward 3 years… Still in process of getting my mouth in order. Lots of issues but Dr Dan is compassionate and caring. He takes the time I need to help me understand my options. Everyone in the office is amazingly friendly.
It’s been 5 years. My gums are healthy and I’m in great oral health. I now have 2 implants and couldn’t be happier. Dental Hub has a beautiful new office but the amazing staff is still there. Thank you Carrington for teaching me so much about my oral health and helping me to keep my teeth and gums clean.
I would definitely recommend this office for anyone looking for a caring no judgement and gentle dentist.
