Love the customer service at The Dental Hub of Bexley. Super responsive, flexible and overall genuinely pleasant, whether in person or over the phone. Big shout out to Dr. Zumfelde for understanding that emergencies happen, applying flexibikity into his calendar and realizing no one wants to walk around without a tooth; to Shelby and Super Josh for their superb front desk service; Alisha for her gentle dental practices and gracious personality; and finallly Julia for, what many see as unachievable, mastering the many hurdles and complexities of Tricare Insurance!!! Dental hub of Bexley is awesome. The whole staff is very nice, the imaging technology is up to date and they make sure to show you every step of what they’re doing. They even showed me 2 different bills for an upcoming service so that I’m prepared and know what to expect either way. Thankfully, I had the lower of the two options, but it was important to have that transparency. Dr. Z is warm, kind, and clearly passionate about his work for the right reasons. I can’t remember all of the hygienists and assistants’ names, but they are all very friendly, kind, and careful, great at their jobs as well. It is rare to find a dental practice that you feel comfortable with and that you can really trust isn’t just trying to sell unnecessary services to you. My teeth look the best they have in years!
I also came back in and was told I had an unexpected new charge from the last visit due to an insurance issue. The office manager Julie (?) actually reached out to my insurance on my behalf so that they could figure out why I got this new charge. She used that information to inform any costs for potential future visits as well. No one else would ever go to this extra effort for patients! Thank you dental hub of bexley!

Well now, partner, let me tell ya ’bout my visit down yonder to that fine dental office. I rode in thinkin’ I’d be facin’ a rootin’-tootin’ showdown with pain, but what I found was friendlier than a campfire on a cold prairie night.
The folks at the front desk tipped their hats with smiles wider than the open range, and I didn’t wait long ’fore the assistant invited me back. The EFDA—steady-handed like a sharpshooter—checked my teeth careful as a rancher lookin’ over prized cattle. Not a single ounce of roughness, just smooth work and kind words that made me feel right at home.
The place was cleaner than a freshly scrubbed saddle, smelled a whole lot better too, and the shiny tools didn’t spook me none. They talked plain, explained every step like a trusted trail guide, and patched me up without fuss.
By the time I left, I was smilin’ brighter than a sunrise over the Rockies. If you’re lookin’ for a dental office where you’ll be treated like family and leave grinnin’ like you just struck gold, this here’s the place.

I had a nice experience with the doctor and the dental procedure. It was at checkout that I did not get a nice treatment. The lady at the front desk did not help matters and my care credit loan could not be accessed. I had to incurr a heavy credit card debt.

I have been a patient here for over a year now and this is one of the most customer service-oriented offices in Bexley. There is an energetic and upbeat “vibe” throughout your entire appointment. On my most recent visit I met Ty, who took time to discuss a tv show we both love, and my hygienist has always been Alisa, who’s probably the genuinely sweetest person I have ever met 🙂 and she has GREAT tastes in books, too. I recommended one to her, and she went and read it! How cool is that? And then of course there’s Dr Zumfelde, who I’m pretty sure has a smile on his face from the moment he starts his shift until the minute he heads home for the evening 🙂 Given his own approach with his patients and those of everyone else’s in the office, it’s clear that he understands that customer service and hiring legitimately nice people are a top priority. And of course, on top of it all, they keep my smile beautiful!!! I highly recommend their office!

Dental hub of Bexley is awesome. The whole staff is very nice, the imaging technology is up to date and they make sure to show you every step of what they’re doing. They even showed me 2 different bills for an upcoming service so that I’m prepared and know what to expect either way. Thankfully, I had the lower of the two options, but it was important to have that transparency. Dr. Z is warm, kind, and clearly passionate about his work for the right reasons. I can’t remember all of the hygienists and assistants’ names, but they are all very friendly, kind, and careful, great at their jobs as well. It is rare to find a dental practice that you feel comfortable with and that you can really trust isn’t just trying to sell unnecessary services to you. My teeth look the best they have in years!
I also came back in and was told I had an unexpected new charge from the last visit due to an insurance issue. The office manager Julie (?) actually reached out to my insurance on my behalf so that they could figure out why I got this new charge. She used that information to inform any costs for potential future visits as well. No one else would ever go to this extra effort for patients! Thank you dental hub of bexley!

I scheduled a cleaning at the Lancaster location after getting a recommendation. Katie did my cleaning and was very informative and kind. She talked me through the process and was awesome! I decided to schedule my son’s first dentist appointment here and I’m sure he is going to love her! Dr. Lebowitz was amazing, very informative, and gentle. He informed me of every step and explained everything as well as answering any questions I had. Carrie did my fillings and was absolutely wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better and will always request her if needed!

The surgery date was set but she needed an exam from the dentist before surgery could take place. With the date only 2 weeks away the Dental Hub came to the rescue! She did have to have deep cleaning and tooth extractions – Dr. Phil and Carrington moved heaven and earth to get her taken care of! They are wonderful and loving and kind and skilled in their profession. There has been many stories of Gods benevolence and grace in my wife’s cancer journey – The Dental Hub and these two angels warrant a chapter of their own!

Well now, partner, let me tell ya ’bout my visit down yonder to that fine dental office. I rode in thinkin’ I’d be facin’ a rootin’-tootin’ showdown with pain, but what I found was friendlier than a campfire on a cold prairie night.
The folks at the front desk tipped their hats with smiles wider than the open range, and I didn’t wait long ’fore the assistant invited me back. The EFDA—steady-handed like a sharpshooter—checked my teeth careful as a rancher lookin’ over prized cattle. Not a single ounce of roughness, just smooth work and kind words that made me feel right at home.
The place was cleaner than a freshly scrubbed saddle, smelled a whole lot better too, and the shiny tools didn’t spook me none. They talked plain, explained every step like a trusted trail guide, and patched me up without fuss.
By the time I left, I was smilin’ brighter than a sunrise over the Rockies. If you’re lookin’ for a dental office where you’ll be treated like family and leave grinnin’ like you just struck gold, this here’s the place.

I had a nice experience with the doctor and the dental procedure. It was at checkout that I did not get a nice treatment. The lady at the front desk did not help matters and my care credit loan could not be accessed. I had to incurr a heavy credit card debt.
